Positive atmosphere for the most part but comes at a very high price

Management is astoundingly disorganized. Absolutely none of it is on the same page as the others. Too many chiefs and not enough braves at the Anaheim location. Trainers are OK people but absolutely none of them are on the same page as the others. Coach operator trainees are told a thousand different things by a thousand different people and maybe 10% of the information is accurate. Trainees must fill out the same form 50 different times because "lost" is a big thing at the Anaheim office. While I was there, 15 new trainees had to return to the DMV for their H6 forms because either the trainer and/or outgoing HR person "lost" the forms. And we all know how wonderful the DMV is in CA. You spend 3 consecutive days standing in line trying to obtain a form that should be available online but is not.
