Front Liners are friendly and fun to work with, so many people are passionate with their jobs.

Cons

Unfortunately, there's a lot of Power trip involved within Management. No career progression. Organisation is still looking for external applicants instead of developing their staff. Management creates jobs for certain people and giving it to them instead of publishing it online for others. Some Managers are stopping their employees to apply in another department.

The Money is Decent for Arizona. Fun innovative different type of job.

Transdev looks at you like a straight up number and you WILL feel under-appreciated at times, you will be asked to do jobs for other workers that get paid more than you and will not get their rate of pay. Some softwares require extra attentiveness. Promotions are played and picked by forms of favoritism. Who you know is always MORE then what you know.
