No Raises in two years, Micromanagement, Hostile Behavior Towards Employees

mind numbingly easy. Does not require a degree.

Cons

No pay raises in two years. No cost of living increases. Caps on L bands (rungs on the ladder), Promotions are biased. Most of management lack social skills and come from alternative backgrounds, not business backgrounds. Hostile work environment. This place is truly a horrible place to work, and morale has been in a steady decline over the years. Company is unable to navigate money drying up from the Waymo contract.

Gain experience with variety of different sizes of buses. Exposed to people from entire range of demographic bar everyday.

Cons

Communication from management to drivers is inconsistent if not lacking altogether. Inconsistency with disciplinary actions can range from severe to just verbal if befriended with any of the SUPs.
