Small fish in a big pond

Pros

Clean yard, clean buses, nice coworkers, good friends. Took Road Supervisor just to get experience and bounce. Routes are nice. Arcadia is a nice yard.

Cons

More attention to paddles and trips than drivers. Splits too big, mandatory 6 days wears you down. Too gossipy. Drama. Played favorites. Lack of communication. Not paid enough to be a Road Supervisor. $12.30 to start as a Road Supervisor? Really? Management is a revolving door.

Paratransit Driver in the East Valley

Pros

Very professional and good transportation company. I enjoyed working for them when they operated the East Valley Paratransit Service from May of 2006 through June of 2012. Their senior management staff was a pleasure to work with in operating a very proficient and professional Paratransit service.

Cons

Veolia (Now Transdev) was not awarded the new contract to provide the service for reasons beyond their control. I really felt very good about the "team" of employee's we had working there from utility workers to the management staff. (Note: I did not know the current CEO when I worked at Veolia so I can't really rate him.)
