Pros

Benefits are OK, kinda high for the plans if you have a family. Money is there to be made if you want it. Managment is pretty good they all seem to care about you as long as you show up for work.

Cons

The hours are very long 10-14 hour shifts, dispatch is not coordinated and sometimes you don't get paid right because of their negligence. Hours are very random, there is no such thing as part time or set hours, even if you get a route which you wont but even if you do they change stuff up in a blink of an eye.

Pros

Good company health benefits is good after 90 period. Nice people around always ready to help when it is needed.

Cons

Big group small facilities. Driving coaches with out air condition on summer time while no heater on winter time.
