Transdev is an expanding company.

Cons

Training is terrible. They don't pay their drivers enough, so call ins are pandemic. Even on days off drivers are forced to work.

Plenty of work hours. Paid training.

Cons

Schedules never consistent, often changed with no notice, denies employees meal breaks, does not follow overtime laws, inconsistency in policies, lack of communication between each management department (safety, training, operations, hr)
