All leadership, especially the higher up you go lacks strategic, management and people skills causing issues all the way down the functional leadership road. Leads to lack of collaboration and delegation, no empowerment to do job assigned without checking in every step. Low morale, too many road blocks (including changing vision, contradicting direction) to feel like you're accomplishing anything. Top level throws staff under the bus. There's too many things wrong with some leadership to continue. Other than that, profit margin so tight salaries and compensation below market average.

Need to be extremely flexible. Drivers schedules changes every couple months...can be rough until youve gained seniority
