There is no care for you or your home life balance. You work for someone who doesn’t respect you or care about you or for the fact even know you and this is the management team . They will change your schedule at a whim no care for your life. They will lie and tell you what to hear then do the opposite. I can’t even recommend working here to someone I don’t like it’s that bad. Management is a pass the buck kind of position because Nobody wants to except responsibility. Hr is as uncaring and unhelpful if you want to feel used and undervalued this is the place come and be unhappy they can help reach that goal that’s about all they are good for

Traffic Supervisors treat staff like crap and are allowed getaway with it because the company are afraid of them. Poor facilities and very little respect from senior management and executive team. No clear path for growth or support when drivers try to do it externally.
