-Management is in constant battle with themselves and the client (foothill).
- Weak union, don't expect your rep to stand up for you.
-A place where people make good money it's weird to see people not very happy here or don't stay long, and I believe that would be due to a mix of older seniority not getting along with new techs, as well as management. often times adopting the "every man for himself" mantra here.
- No foundation on how promotions work so often times management/union just makes up their own rules on who gets promoted.
- Overall cheap. Contractor will not spend money on needed parts to get these busses on the road correctly. often times leave mechanics to figure it out with old/expired parts from down busses.
- and to top it off; the schedule is terrible. there is no motivation to make it better or at least try to rotate weekends. They're so focused on making route to rip more tax money than to - at the very least acknowledge that without their employees, those buses would not be in service.
