Front Liners are friendly and fun to work with, so many people are passionate with their jobs.

Cons

Unfortunately, there's a lot of Power trip involved within Management. No career progression. Organisation is still looking for external applicants instead of developing their staff. Management creates jobs for certain people and giving it to them instead of publishing it online for others. Some Managers are stopping their employees to apply in another department.

They push changes with short notice. They have cut all possible benefits like snacks or travel expenses. They spent so much money bringing people from AZ instead of giving incentives to CA employees Lack of communication from the management team. HR never responds to any of the questions you might have Too many people in the management team to "solve" problems but they just create more every week. Lack of leadership experience No break rooms for employees. People eat in their vehicles. They are making us pay for parking
