Pros

The benefits were good and the salary was fair for the area. The location of the job was good making for an easy commute.

Cons

The company was unstable when it come to leadership. There were several key leadership changes that caused employees to be unsure of their job security. Working with the local union was taxing.

Great job to start out with and doesn’t require much experience. Can be a gateway to a great, long lasting career. Many departments provides ability to move around the company and gain experience in other areas.

Cons

Shift-work which can cause fatigue and irregular working hours. This can be detrimental if not handled properly.
