This is generally a good company to work for, the managers and supervisors are alot more relaxed and friendly than other bus companies I have worked for, the buses are also good mechanically and most warm up quickly

Cons

There are not too many cons, but I would say that the rotas could be a bit more accommodating, middles and earlies in the same week for example, and you don't get 2 consecutive days off together very often
