Years ago everyone was on the same level. There were no supervisors at all. Transdev came in and ruined the environment. Supervisors got promoted and got a magical air about them not because they knew any more about operators jobs but because they got to hang out with Alphabet employees. Wow! Abusive insanity, no one will have your back when it matters. Management is completely fake. They hired unqualified instagram "influencers" for reasons you can only imagine. Phony terrifying place where they laugh at how unqualified they are while wrecking you.

High turnover, understaffed because of that. Can't seem to retain good people. Much of management seems to be driven to find a way to blame a driver, whether it's an incident, or an issue with the equipment. Often, drivers' input on DVIR's are ignored. Very often, where I work, repairs are either not done, or done poorly. The company contracts with the municipality for repairs, and no one seems to drive the mechanics for the municipality to get the job done right. For instance, I have one rural route that is very dark at night or before dawn. I had a bus with low aimed headlights. The road supervisor told me that the mechanics said it's impossible to adjust the aim of the headlights. Really?! These are modified 2015-2016 Ford F 550's!
