Terrible upper management Lack of career growth Unpaid meal break Strict policies that could easily let people go - they don’t want people to earn too much and would find little things to blame Repetitive, tedious work that could get people fatigued Non-flexible schedule - not everyone gets to work Monday to Friday

Hard to pick... Their diversity in selecting employees is good but appear to have a quota system. So many LGTIQ+, older, ethnicities, refugees, young women, it's like a GAP advertisement

Cons

Passive aggressive workplace. Clueless management enables minorities and favourites over proven talent. People and culture presence token only. Very union biased and company weak against them.
