Pros

- Coworkers can become some of the nicest people you meet as there is a diverse group of individuals who make up the workforce you will get to enjoy working with them.

Cons

- Organization is a mess and getting a solution to a problem is harder than fighting global warming.

Company is going downhill fast

Pros

Pay is higher here than the rest of the AV industry. One of the larger contractors in the industry with presence in many parts of the country. Work is 24 x 7 so there is the possibility of working different hours if that suits your lifestyle.

Cons

Aggressive cost cutting and downsizing going on right now, June 2023. No official layoffs, but they're trying to get rid of employees by making it tough to work there. Stricter rules to make it easier to fire workers or old rules that weren't enforced before are now being applied. Lots of managers and drivers have been fired for the flimsiest of excuses. Perks and supplies provided in the past have been taken away. They recently changed performance reviews from 6 months to 1 year, so you won't get a pay increase as often as before. There are lots of drivers who don't have much to do during their shift so it's obvious that downsizing is going to happen. Everyone is on edge because of the mass firings, which provides a break from the toxic culture that was prevalent before this period. They're not hiring much anyway.

Pros

Employees are friendly and helpful

Cons

A government boondoggle that gives poor & cheap services to people with disabilities and gives great & excessive profits to management and the corporation equity holders. This company gives mediocre and uncomfortable service ( such as transportation to and from such things as dialysis appointments) , using old & cheap vehicles, & poorly paid & educated employees, to people classified as disabled under the American's With Disabilities Act. This company charges up to $300.00 per ride for a ride that could be given by a luxury limousine service, with much more convenience, at half the cost.
