Pros

There are very few pros one however is the fact that the drivers are so beaten down they tend to stick together

Cons

Long hours sometime lunches are disregarded because supervisors are too lazy to fill in for drivers who have left to pursue better opportunities. Poor health benefits (a family of 4 cost you nearly an entire months pay) 6 day work weeks throughout the year. No upward mobility. No work life balance with 75% of schedules having split off days

Benefits are OK, kinda high for the plans if you have a family. Money is there to be made if you want it. Managment is pretty good they all seem to care about you as long as you show up for work.

Cons

The hours are very long 10-14 hour shifts, dispatch is not coordinated and sometimes you don't get paid right because of their negligence. Hours are very random, there is no such thing as part time or set hours, even if you get a route which you wont but even if you do they change stuff up in a blink of an eye.
