Good pay, autonomy, learned a lot in my time there.

Cons

Some people of higher position can be curt, there is a glass ceiling, any new things happening with the company are heard about in the news and not shared with Drivers.

the have trainer that train u to drive and most of them or rude and that discouage people to not want to work dispate is not nice

need freindlier trainers but pretty good company had some good people at the top but the middle is what the problem
