You have the opportunity to meet a lot of nice and fun people. You get quarterly safety bonuses for driving safely and not getting into accidents. Great location to work at for those in school.

Cons

Management can be difficult at times. Communication isn't always the best. The pay.

flexible hours, easy to get adjusted to the work

Cons

High turnover rate causes stress on management. They will do anything to get a shift covered so they dont have to drive. Including calling your phone several times at all hours.
