Pros

Cool pay. If you like helping people then its a great place to do that.

Cons

Need better office employees, esp the dispatch and phone dispatch. They don't care about their employees what so ever. Most of the trainers are unprofessional and break all kind of sexual harassment laws. Very bad attitudes from training and office staff.

Full time and plenty of overtime. Paid training. Drivers are engaging and fun to be around.

Cons

6 day work week mandatory (for over 2 years and counting). Management constantly changing. Management unaware of how services operate. Missed meal breaks due to lack of drivers. Very high turnover rate. Management trying to implement unnecessary splits. Management frequently alters work schedule. Operations manager hostile.
