Pros

Nothing positive to say about TI

Cons

Poor management, flat organization, bureaucratic, “good boys” club, poor work life balance, below market compensation, poor flexibility…. Plenty more. Absolutely zero opportunity for finance growth. Will continue to move you around to different orgs without ever promoting you.

Pros

Good wage, increment will be good if you are bosses bias.

Cons

- Soso benefit - working life is toxic, refuse to spend on employee to get better training, so new employee have to train in limited resources, then will get blame for 'lack of knowledge' -Lower management level playing around with bias, non competent person can get promoted -HR does not protect employee, only protect management -Lack of manpower, one person can work with multiple job responsibilities
