Pros

International environment. Headquarters in Dallas are very modern. Business phone Iphone (but with only 1G of data).

Cons

no flexibility: 5 days per year to do home office! old grey office, probably wasn't renovated since the day it was built, no flexibility negotiating the salary. very conservative mindset of the management. Promotion is a lot based on the quality of your network.

Pros

A high intercultural environment at job. High flexibility in the workhours. Good transference of knowledge from experienced employees to the new ones.

Cons

Located in Freising. Although there's a good tranport conexion from Munich to Freising, it can take upto 1 hour to reach the facilities (if you area simple intern without auto). The best solution would be to live in Freiing.
