Pros

Excellent experience during internship. I was the F&O intern for a Business Unit. Very friendly and supportive team with a flat hierarchy. Managers, Director and the Analyst I supported were some of the best people I have worked with.

Cons

-As a Finance Graduate not much scope for growth/learning within the semiconductor industry. -Manager in my full time (ACCESS Rotation) role was an absolute nightmare and was the main reasons I had to leave the job.

Pros

Excellent colleagues and open work culture.

Cons

Company is cash driven. As soon as they see some losses they decide to downsize. HR department is worst. No room to negotiate. Betriebsrat is "namesake". They work on commands from HR. So pretty useless to expect any support from them!

Pros

High Tech Company which thousands of innovations. Development Plans in place (once a year) Muliticultural Company following "Green " Product Company idea.

Cons

To much focused on specific mobil customers therefore very depended on variation in this market. Still a Hire and Fire company where carreers can be made if you have a good friend in high places. Easily overreacts on variations in the market especially downturns by releasing people to raise value of shares.
