Relationship company. Very aggressive and active work environment. Company has a very open door policy.

Cons

If you don't know someone it can be difficult to get something done.

Pros

Great place to work with work/life balance. I worked there for 8 1/2 years and loved what I did. I learned a lot and gained additional education paid for by TI. Take advantage of all the various resources available to employees.

Cons

Very political and competitive environment. Opportunities to move up were slim and unlikely. It is all abut who you know and not your skill.
