Pros

Lots of horizontal mobility, top end labs and equipment, very knowledgeable team

Cons

Slow moving company, sales oriented, not research intensive. The cubicles on south campus are a depressing environment to work in unless you are by a window.

Pros

Great company with a lot of opportunities. If you are ambitious you will get opportunities to contribute and participate in many different projects.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons so far at Texas Instruments. Like every company, you need to work hard to keep up with everything that is happening.
