      Pros

      Very good company when it comes to health benefits and other perks. The location of the company is also good since it is in Baguio City where it is not too warm. The products are good and interesting for technically inclined people

      Cons

      The environment and the nature of the engineering jobs there are very very stressful especially if you are on the manufacturing side supporting everything. You feel overworked because you are really overworked. The HR department is pro management

      People are very nice and willing to teach you. Very flexible environment. Good incentives and reasonable perks. Excellent work-life balance.

      Lack of long term vision. Lack of engineers at top management. Image of a gigantic conservative company.

      TI values employee retention and there are many opportunities within such a large company. The pay is comparable to other companies in the industry. TI also places value on work-life balance and offers many flexible options.

      Cons

      Recent company performance has led to some downsizing and employee morale was affected. Cost cutting has also affected some of the perks previously provided to employees.
