Good pay, flexible hours, good opportunities for new grads

Cons

Lack of leadership, too much blame lower levels. Lack of Strategic thinking and very little support to R&D and the technical community.

Great place to do embedded software, deep access to SoC internals to enable tight sw/hw integration and Multi-core sw development.

Software is an enabler for hardware, constraining the level of sw abstraction
