Pros

GREAT atmosphere. Hours aren't too taxing. If you work on MCU/MPU, most of your work is actually pretty fun. Your co-workers are usually your age and you end up making a lot of friends.

Cons

Cafeteria isn't that great. Tends to be a lot of layoffs in the MCU/MPU departments. Difficult to move up.
