Pros

Great coworkers. Great opportunities to move around to find the perfect job. Good pay. Flexible time. Interesting and challenging job.

Cons

Lack of vision of the future by the leaders at the top. Focus is short term to please Wall Street. Buy back stock instead of investing in the future, in RandD. The competition is cheap so got to innovate. Politics are a big problem at all levels of management.
