Pros

I interned with Texas Instruments for 2.5 months and I found that the people of the company were very supportive and helpful. Work culture is amazing . The company puts it's trust on the employees and therefore there is no problem in taking breaks during work hours provided you complete your work within the deadline . The HR is also very responsive . Environment is peaceful and harmonious for anyone to work and bring out his best performance

Cons

The atmosphere can be boring for people who like dynamic environment as startups.
