Pros

Still relevant product for some, pays your bills, air-conditioned office and an adjustable work table.

Cons

APAC leadership is truly bad and the head office is turning a blind eye to all the wrong-doings, toxicity, evil, abuse of power by 2 APAC leaders. The level of ridiculousness is out of this world. My manager shouts, berates and makes everyone in the team fearful. to the point that nobody dares/wants to speak up, I myself is guilty of that. If you want to see the worst side of humanity, come right in and brace yourself for a horror show that makes Exorcist look like a Disney production.

Embarrassing leaders from APAC

Pros

Decent remote connectivity offering. Good reputation in Europe.

Cons

Worst culture with harassment and power abuse in APAC because of incompetent leaders in APAC. No strategy. Supposed to be a growth engine, but the region has been declining!
