Pros

Decent remote connectivity offering. Good reputation in Europe.

Cons

Worst culture with harassment and power abuse in APAC because of incompetent leaders in APAC. No strategy. Supposed to be a growth engine, but the region has been declining!

Good team Great communication Access to snacks and drinks Benefits and access to tools like LinkedIn learning Tuition reimbursement 401k match after some time

Cons

Company pushing to resolve faster Bonuses tied not to how well you do your job, but how well you make other teams to do their jobs. Managers will make you take the blame for their mistakes.
