Pros

Good Benefits Remote work was allowed

Cons

It was a dream workplace when everything was going well, billlings were increasing, company was doing great financially. However everything changed with a new CEO on board who was pushing top down. Upon his arrival this workplace become a place where management refused to take responsibility and created a culture of blame. Where you were blamed when you were supposed to be supported. Other than this this has become a culture where people could get promoted because they were someones favorite not because of the merit.

Pros

Hybrid and remote. There isn’t that many to be honest. The office has constant bathroom issues,

Cons

My experience at TeamViewer mirrored what many others have already said: poor leadership, lack of direction, and a frustrating culture. What’s worse — they have a dedicated team focused on countering negative reviews instead of fixing real internal issues. If you’re considering a role here, read every Glassdoor review carefully. The red flags are real. Ask the hard questions — and trust what current and former employees are saying.

Pros

No overtime work, Water and electricity supply. Get paid on payday. Diverse culture where you can meet people from all across the APAC. Plus, the support team is excellent.

Cons

If you come across a job offer for a Sales Representative at TeamViewer, you might want to think twice before considering it. The management is poor, and from morning to afternoon, all you’ll hear is "billing, billing, billing." The level of micro-management is extreme, the targets are unrealistic, and office politics create a negative atmosphere. The sales team has a high turnover rate, with people constantly coming and going. Expect to work under immense stress and pressure for very low pay.
