Pros

Good health benefits. Flexible schedule for emergencies. Drinks are a good thing. Most coworkers are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Well where to start, most of the office is in the sales department. Not really a "sales" job, customers call ready to buy anyways. When I first started working here the office had a clear goal and a path for almost all of us, you do good yo get good. Its not like that anymore, in the company nowdays you do good you keep your job, you do not so good and promotions and recognitions come your way. They say quitters dont win and winners din quit right? Not here, how is someone that stops doing extra taks because there is no monetary reward going to be promoted? And someone building a new department giving 110% of input on a new project just gets fired for some office gossip, with no previous verbal warning nor write-up? Not really understandable. The sales team last tear did really good the first quarter exceeding the target and for the next quarters the goal was raised? Then 7 MONTHS later we get told that this was because the person who calculated the numbers made a mistake and was probably fired, really? What a good excuse, blame it on someone who noone knows and is supposely fired, great job! Upper management says they want to be transparent about everything but what they really are transparent about is just the few things they want you to know. People with horrible attitude on the phone gets promoted to a job where will get paid DOUBLE and do nothing, just complaint whenever there is a problem that has to be fixed when it is that person's job to fix any problem that might come up. $2000+ on 2 rented Christmas trees?? Really??? How about guving that money to the sales team that makes them able to pay those ridiculous things. No compensation is given, we have to fight each other over a giftcard, making the Latam and Noram teams conpete with the same numbers and different currencies? Excelent!! Many things are just going really bad in this place and the good people are leaving, some like me are terminated for no reason. Im sure numbers was not a reason, how can a sales person be fired when making good numbers to a company that is not compensating accordingly but still making good numbers?? I dont get it. Good luck finding someone that can keep the Resellers organized like I had, yes everyone knows who I am.

Sharing my "OPINION" on some of the negative comments.

Pros

Everything that has already been mentioned.

Cons

As with any other growing company, some challenges need to be addressed. One of those challenges would be to hire more competitive personnel with defined goals and aspiration in their life. For example, it's just hilarious to read some of the negatives comments. What employee with a proper code of conduct and ethic will write in such sarcasm and offensive language. I honestly feel sorry for whoever wrote those reviews. Sometimes you have to accept that you're just an average person and as an ordinary person, you have average goals and a mediocre perspective in life. Do yourself a favor an get some education.
