Pros

Excellent benefits package, tell me where else you can get full coverage for employee and as many children as you like for 12$ per paycheck. Beautiful new, state of the art ergonomic office. Amazing PTO/vacation plan. Flexibility for working parents. 97% of team is looking to make this company great and most would do anything for you. Management takes suggestions. There has been a lot of accelerated growth of late, and along with that, growing pains. Feedback is requested constantly for improvement by management. Change in management at the local level has brought new energy and motivation. Our VP is in his office all day every day, door open and I have yet to walk in and ask for his time and be told no. Team managers have all come from within, with the exception of one. Managers are 100 % behind their teams. The statement that you cannot advance is patently untrue.

Cons

Some people just getting by, doing the minimum. Now that there are measurements in place to capture performance, there is a small segment of the team resisting. This segment is unwilling to buckle down and perform. The same people are spreading negative attitudes and bringing the general vibe in the office down. Due to some growing pains as the US office comes into its own, there is sometimes a feeling of playing catch up, but management has listened and done its best to answer our requests. As some people are more likely to gripe than offer suggestions, we may have to continue feel the negatives for a bit, but this is the silent majority except when they are given an anonymous platform. Attrition is extremely low in comparison with most companies. The negativity reflected in these reviews is a few people who are repeatedly offering multiple reviews. A bunch of illegitimate, untruthful glassdoor reviews that negatively, falsely reflect the culture. If I were aas miserable as some of the reviewers, I would find another job.

Pros

Snack and the benefits are good

Cons

The company's work environment has become increasingly toxic. It appears that the positive reviews may be influenced by managerial pressure from the Inside Sales VP. This company was once a wonderful place to work, where employees looked forward to coming in each day. However, this changed drastically with the arrival of the new VP, whose leadership style has been characterized by bullying. Disturbingly, reports of the VP's actions and behavior to HR and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) have resulted in retaliation against those who speak up. There is a noticeable trend of long-standing team members, including top performers, being nicely forced to resign. According to managers, performance metrics are no longer the priority, which raises significant concerns. The treatment of employees is disheartening. There is a lack of support for professional growth and development. Call reviews, rather than being constructive, are often disrespectful and demoralizing, leaving employees traumatized and fearful of engaging with customers. Over the past six months, we have lost numerous talented individuals, which is truly unfortunate. This high turnover is a testament to the detrimental impact of the current management practices on the workforce.

HR ignores employees. Makes appointments then breaks them or just doesn't show up.
