Pros

Overall company culture very nice, people are very happy and positive in general. Lots of interesting areas of travel industry to work with and learn from: retail, digital eCommerce, airline, hotel operations, etc. etc. Lots of perks as employee, travel allowance etc. If you are great at your job, you get promoted quite quickly, they do recognise and cherish talent

Cons

Huge organisation, can be quite bureaucratic and political. Most of the head office jobs would be near airport offices so commute might be a problem for a lot of people.

Fantastic brand , Great Products , Nice friendly colleagues . Apparently I am supposed to write 20 words minimum here. Yet I can't think of enough pros !

Cons

Persistently expected to work a full day with just 2 staff in the store, 30 min break that you never get because there are only 2 of you in store. Appalling wages.

Great products to sell in a respected long standing travel company. Very customer focused.

Cons

Outdated IT systems - viewdata anyone? No structured training. Negative management. No encouragement or nurturing of staff. No team work - all individual targets! Heavy discounting with no clear guidlines. Discounting demeans the product which could sell on its own. No parity on shop n Web prices causing customer confusion and discounting.
