Pros

Decent uniform Its a Job Easy job.

Cons

Managers think they are far superior. Regional manager is snotty, Out to get you culture. Don't care about people. Managers get away with things. Travel advisors get dismissed. Constructive dismissals very regular.

Pros

See the world, free excursions to help with selling,

Cons

Very judgemental and very Id your face fits style company, prime example was bullied by resort team manager often tried making examples of my mistakes to the team despite one advisor sending a guest to wrong hotel and one losing emergency phone out drinking when on emergency duty. But as their face fit got away with it. Over seas reps generally just people whom are struggling with how life works in the real world so if your real you don't belong there.
