      Pros

      Pre-merger - Great people. Sensible work/life balance where possible. Loved it.

      Cons

      Post merger - Led from the German side after the TUI Travel & TUI AG merger. UK corporate were classed "second rate" citizens and weren't bought in on any projects. Effectively left to resign...

      Toxic environment with mix of inexperienced "directors"

      Pros

      Subsidized parking / free ORCA pass. Great view of the waterfront. Most employees are friendly. They offer health insurance, 401k and Paid time off Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Pay is below average. Benefits are average. High school - cliquish environment. High employee turnover. Offers free travel but expect to work. Not a true benefit. Undermining and micromanaging "directors" Upper management and other departments will never take responsibility and accountability for company failures. Non-collaborative environment. "Everyone for themselves" attitude. Favoritisms in the upper levels.

      Low pay Unkept Promises You are just a number and a pay check. Staff at a junior level are not provided with appropriate support Senior staff are not well paid
