We would have to agree with some of the points you raised. We are working hard on a more robust communication plan regarding bonuses that should start before summer 2017. Our newly established internal communications team is also ‘starting to motor’ and our senior leaders are very much committed to talking more (we’re glad you agree progress is being made). We will pass on your comments to the relevant people regarding the London office to see what we can do.
