      Thank you for your feedback. We would have to agree with you. with such impressive growth comes the inevitable growing pains. But we work hard to address them as they arise and, to your point, constant refinement of organisation structures and processes are par for the course.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
