      This is a time of growth for TMF Group and it's rather exciting to be a part of the fast paced change. There's a lot that's being done and I'm more than happy to have opportunities to work on interesting and challenging projects. Have been here 6 months now and this company let's you develop your career in the direction you would like to take it. Love the travel opportunities and getting to work with people from various cultures.

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
