Aside from learning opportunities, we have policies and programs in place to boost career development opportunities internally. As part of the Education Assistance Policy, we provide financial support to attend professional course / professional certification fully funded by company. We offer Company based training programs through the Business Academy. We are also part of CPA AU’s recognized employer program, which consists of a select group of organisations who are committed to providing their employees with the highest standard in professional development and support. We are currently working on a leadership framework to do more on people development through regular development dialogues which will kick off this exciting year.
