      Very bad management. All talented people are leaving the company.

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with some very talented people and learnt a lot. Unfortunately these people already left or are leaving the company.

      Cons

      Very bad management at all levels. Only the timesheets are considered during employees evaluations. People overcharge clients and this is encouraged by team leaders and DCS. Managers use the force of their positions to push people as hard as they can, instead of trusting their people, which creates a very stressful atmosphere. Some managers spend only 4 - 5 hours in the office and charge double in their timesheets (tolerated by upper management). All talented people already left or are currently leaving the company - senior employees are massively leaving and all teams are understaffed.

      The KPI assessment is taking place to evaluate and measure the progress of every employees of the organisation. In order to achieve the highest rate, best efforts and endeavors are expected, for instance overtime or report to work during weekends i.e. able to finish higher volume of works than other colleagues or to generate higher revenue to Company. This KPI works to motivate employees to be more competitive in workplace, which is quite healthy as the progression is moving to positive traits.

      Cons

      The abovementioned KPI is absolutely a sarcasm and nonsense. The Company is expecting you to achieve the highest rate by giving you heavier workloads than before and at the end you get nothing in return i.e. no appreciation and recognition. After having sacrificed your personal time and weekends to assist the Company to materialize their objective throughout the year, the Company announced NO PERFORMANCE BONUS for 2017 and 2018.

      TMF Group provide rewards and recognition to our employees who have been going above and beyond. Their efforts are visibly recognised on a Group level and we have been communicating recognition efforts through internal campaigns to showcase our appreciation and encourage the rest of the team. It is because we recognize that we have such a dedicated team that we have established a Rewards function to solely look into how we can offer a more comprehensive and competitive total rewards for all.
