      Good place to work for awhile

      Pros

      Personal days for employess who have been there at least a year. Promotions available. Flexible with availability. Great coworkers. Good work enviroment. Technology easy to understand with practice.

      Cons

      Don't get paid a whole lot. Management lacks communication among themselves sometimes. No comission/compensation for selling the stores' Credit Card. When promoted, responsibilites increase but pay doesn't enough. Very strict with tardies, no leeway at all.

      Pros

      There was a constantly changing environment, meaning the layout changed at least once a week; therefore things were never boring and looked the same. The employee discount was only 10% but it was great to at least have a discount

      Cons

      Customers can be very rude and unappreciative of sales associates hard work. They don't really care about helping maintain the aesthetics and cleanliness of the store although you work extremely hard to keep the store looking good.

      Management takes advantage of employees Management are rude and abusive Customers can be extremely abusive Don't ask for a raise...you will not get it. Employees don't call in, THEY JUST DON'T SHOW UP.
