-weekly pay -hours are usually 4 to 5 hours -friendly coworkers -easy job

Cons

-lots of coworkers are lazy or don't show respect. -not flexible hours, you end up closing all the time, i mean all the time. -asking for credit card app annoys the customer. nobody wants to apply since everyone has bad credit in this econmy to begin with. -management doesn;t treat you fairly or recognize the work you put in the area they put you in to work.

Pros

The only good reason I can think of to work at this company is that they pay weekly. Other than that, you are better off working anywhere else.

Cons

There are two many to name. The main reason however is that the management team is ignorant. You would be hard pressed to find a manager who shows respect to their team.
