Pros

Some great reasons to work at TJ Maxx are that they're willing schedule your hours around your college schedule, good hours, and a variety of co-workers from old, young, black, white, green.

Cons

Some downsides are that the store can be understaffed a lot, you have to ask customers if they want a TJX Rewards Card and if there are any charities we would ALSO have to ask if they'd like to donate which is annoying. We're bombarding the customers with so many questions when they most likely just want to shop and leave.

Pros

Flexible schedule, okay salary for retail, good job to manage while in school. Can be a good resume builder if it is your first job, discount is rather lucrative

Cons

Mangers are horrible. Hours are hard to come by, yet when you need a day off its a hassle. Some lazy coworkers, the usual stuff that is wrong with every retail job. Late hours.
