      Pros

      Good colleagues to work with and good pay for retail.

      Cons

      Long hours. Always being asked to stay an extra hour late after cleaning the shop after close. Management is awful and there is a real bully atmosphere, particularly with one manager, mentioning no names- Lauren. Hopefully she’s not there anymore because I feel sorry for anyone that had to put up with her awful nasty outbursts. You are literally a number there so don’t let the managements antics get to your head.

      - Team member discount isn't great (~10%) but better than nothing. - Often not enough people are rostered on, causing stress to those working.
