      Pros

      Diverse, impressive, discount. Excellent customer service to everyone from any background or nationality. Unique shop layout styles to flare admiration for new styles of clothing. Clothing displays to inspire your taste and dress sense.

      Cons

      Short term contracts weakening work attitude knowing you may not be there long. Black work clothes for uniform shows a lack of fashion sense and passion to dress well, this may have a negative impact on customers.

      Store location was local Majority of shop floor staff were good to work with etc.

      Cons

      No real opportunity to grow with in store. The culture, even at store level, is all about who you know and not what you are capable of. Not enough recognition to shop floor staff or motivation / insensitives. The only real recognition (at the time I worked there) were WOWs from customer feed back, but very very little on any other recognition. At the time, all store management staff had a lack of leadership skills to drive a team. Favouritism saw staff who lacked experience rise to team leadership roles. Management treated staff in a poor maner when staff wanted to leave the company. The customer service team leader at the time had a extremely aggressive management style, often reprimanding shop floor staff in from of other colleagues and customers.
