Cons
No real opportunity to grow with in store. The culture, even at store level, is all about who you know and not what you are capable of. Not enough recognition to shop floor staff or motivation / insensitives. The only real recognition (at the time I worked there) were WOWs from customer feed back, but very very little on any other recognition. At the time, all store management staff had a lack of leadership skills to drive a team. Favouritism saw staff who lacked experience rise to team leadership roles. Management treated staff in a poor maner when staff wanted to leave the company. The customer service team leader at the time had a extremely aggressive management style, often reprimanding shop floor staff in from of other colleagues and customers.
