      share time with people, good working experience, really don not know what to say

      extremely busy! at peak time it is a mess, customers just comes and leave, same with any shopping center.

      Discount/double discount weekends, as many hours as you like really. Meet amazing people (other associates)

      Cons

      No loyalty shown to staff at all, Rotas get put up far too late so can't plan anything at all, then can be changed with only a days notice and most of the time you get shifts that you can't do because they aren't in your avaliability due to uni/college. Never get out on Time at the end of your shift, pricing system is ridiculous, if your on a till expect to be running about finding prices for things 90% of your shift.
