      Pros

      Tk maxx has great work ethics , makes you work hard and gain good social skills customer relations and is fast passed type if work .

      Cons

      when you get to management level you have to be good with managing peoples individual needs be truly ethical and say good buy to weekends off at Christmas and busy seasons. But douse pay well for a retail position in the UK .

      The staff are fantastic and a great company mentality. They look after you and the pay is pretty decent too

      The people were very friendly and fun, the store was a busy environment so never bored nice enough customers

      Cons

      Even for retail the pay is rubbish. The rotas are last minute and very un balanced and unfair. The management was poor and the SM was terrible arrogant man
